Tom Ordeman

Tom Ordeman, President of Fisher Funeral Home, has been a licensed funeral director since 1980. Representing the fifth generation of family ownership, Tom graduated from West Albany High School in 1975 and joined Fishers' in 1980.
Active in many civic organizations, Tom has given back to the community by serving on the boards of the YMCA, Albany General Hospital Foundation, Rotary, Linn County Fair, & Albany Chamber of Commerce, as well as statewide on the Oregon Funeral Director's Assn. Board, and internationally on the Selected Independent Funeral Homes Board of Directors, an international professional association of independently owned funeral homes, where he has served as President.
Tom has served as Albany Tennis Club President and on the Albany Boys & Girls Club Baseball Committee, Springhill Country Club Greens Committee, Linn County Fair Entertainment Committee, and participated in the Albany Leadership Program.
Tom's wife Denice (Coon) is a lifelong area resident and they have two adult sons, Tom Jr. and Scott.
Tom assists families with at-need arrangements, prearrangements and prefinancing, grave markers, and holds a State of Oregon Insurance License. He is an avid outdoorsman (he is licensed by the State of Wyoming as a hunting guide), and recreationally enjoys golf , tennis, and basketball.
Tom has been helping Albany area families for over 30 years and understands the needs of the community.

Wally Ordeman

Wally Ordeman, Vice-President of Fisher Funeral Home, has been licensed by the State of Oregon as a funeral director/embalmer since 1984. Also a fifth generation funeral director, Wally graduated from West Albany High School in 1980 and attended Oregon State University before transferring to Mount Hood Community College's Funeral Service Education Program.
Active in many local organizations and non-profit groups, Wally has served on the boards of the Red Cross, Kiwanis, St. Mary's School, United Way of Linn County, Albany Visitor's Association, Willamette Memorial Park, and as President of the Oregon Funeral Director's Association. He has been active in coaching through the Albany Boys and Girls Club where he served on the board, and has spoken to many civic and school groups about his profession. Wally has also served on the Eyebank Advisory Board. He is a member of St. Mary's Church with his wife Rene' (Jensen) and adult children Perry, Alex, and Melissa Jensen-Morgan.
Wally assists families with at-need and pre-need arrangements, & grave markers, as well as removals and preparation. In his spare time he loves to play golf, tennis, and most recently has been an analyst on the West Albany football and basketball radio broadcasts, as well as the Friday morning KGAL "From the Sidelines" sports talk show.
Wally has been helping Albany area families for 26 years and is committed to serving those who put their trust in him. |

Alice Ordeman

Alice (Kropp) Ordeman, a 1952 Albany Union High School graduate, attended San Francisco College of Mortuary Science and was licensed by the State of Oregon in 1961. Alice and Dan Ordeman (Dan passed away in 1997 & served as chairman of Fisher Funeral Home until his death) represent the 4th generation of the Fisher family.
Alice works in the office, assisting families with contributions, payments, biographical information, genealogy, and much more. Since we rarely use an answering service, Alice is often who answers funeral home calls from her home after normal business hours.
Alice is a member of Albany's First Assembly of God Church, the Thursday Study Club, PEO Chapter EP, and is a past Governor's Appointee to the Oregon State Medical Examiner Advisory Board. She also served on the Linn Benton Community College Foundation Board. Alice has served the Albany community and has provided comfort and guidance to grieving families for many years. |

Rob Webster

Rob Webster joined the Fisher Funeral Home staff in 1975. Following his graduation from the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science in 1977, he passed his State Board Exams in funeral directing and embalming, and has served in that capacity for over 30 years. Rob is a volunteer enucleator with the Lions Eyebank of Oregon.
Rob has helped hundreds of families through difficult times & decisions, and because of his guidance during these times, families trust and respect his suggestions and direction.
Rob is a member of the East Albany Lions Club and has served as President & Secretary. He and his wife attend the First Christian Church in Albany. Married for over 36 years, Rob and his wife Merla have three children, Kelle, Allison, and Jared, and 7 grandchildren. Rob enjoys camping, boating, waterskiing and fishing. |

Jeff Prunk

Jeff Prunk received his preneed insurance and funeral director's licenses in 2002. Jeff specializes in prearranged and prefunded services and often meets with area residents to discuss preplanning. Jeff also meets with at-need families who find his warm and compassionate manner to be of great comfort.
A lifelong resident of the Jefferson/Dever-Conner area, Jeff graduated from Jefferson High School and attended LBCC & Oregon State University where he studied counseling. Jeff worked for over 3 years counseling youth as a Campus Life Director, 8 years at Stone Forest, Inc., and 6 years in the titanium industry at Selmet.
Jeff and his wife of 27 years, Dalana (Chilcote), have 2 adult sons, Jessey and Mitchell, and daughter Charli. Jeff coached football at Jefferson High School and through the Albany Boys and Girls Club for many years.
Jeff's personality puts people at ease, and the families we serve have been comfortable with Jeff's guidance and demeanor while discussing what can be a very difficult subject. He stands ready to assist with your preneed arrangements. |

Dan Denton

Dan Denton joined the staff of Fisher's in April 2004 after moving from Kansas. First introduced to funeral service in 1977, Dan pursued his education at Washburn University in Topeka, KS and finished a mortuary science degree from Kansas City Community College in 1982. He has extended his education to many facets including eye enucleator courses at the University of Kansas and the Lions Eyebank of Oregon, disaster coordinator training with FEMA and numerous state-level activities with the Board of Mortuary Arts.
Dan is involved in numerous duties in the day to day activities at Fisher's, including assisting families with arrangements and caring for the decedents with preparation, cosmetic applications and facilitating funeral ceremonies.
Dan and his wife Deb have five children and seven grandchildren. Traveling, fishing and spending time with family are enjoyed in his leisure time. | |
