Meet our staff! Our compassionate and professional staff is here to serve you. We are comprised of full time funeral directors, prearrangement counselors, office administration and transportation technicians. All are dedicated to continuing Fisher's commitment to the Albany community.
Perry Ordeman is a licensed funeral director/embalmer at Fisher Funeral Home. He grew up in Albany, and attended St. Mary’s Elementary and North Albany Middle School before graduating from West Albany High School in 2005. Perry attended Linn-Benton Community College and graduated from Arapahoe Community College of Colorado with a degree in Mortuary Science.
Representing the 6th generation at Fisher Funeral Home (Wally’s son & Tom’s nephew), Perry serves families through funeral planning, preplanning, and professional care of the deceased.
Perry is married to Erin (Jamison) and has four children: Jackson, Peyton, Sawyer and Beren. Erin and Perry spend much of their time at the kids' sporting events throughout the year. In their spare time, they love to get out and enjoy the outdoors.
Perry and Erin also both love to coach. Erin is the girls soccer coach at West Albany High School and Perry has coached numerous basketball teams over the last fifteen years, including at West Albany, Central Linn High School, and Linn-Benton Community College.
Perry has also spent time as an interviewer for Linn County Junior First Citizen and was formerly on the Samaritan Albany General Hospital Foundation Board.
Jeff Prunk joined Fisher Funeral Home in 2000 and received his preneed insurance and funeral director's licenses in 2002. Jeff specializes in prearranged and prefunded services and often meets with area residents to discuss preplanning. Jeff also meets with at-need families who find his warm and compassionate manner to be of great comfort.
A lifelong resident of the Jefferson/Dever-Conner area, Jeff graduated from Jefferson High School and attended LBCC & Oregon State University where he studied counseling. Jeff worked for over 3 years counseling youth as a Campus Life Director, 8 years at Stone Forest, Inc., and 6 years in the titanium industry at Selmet.
Jeff and his wife, Dalana (Chilcote) were married in 1982 and have 2 adult sons, Jessey and Mitchell (and his wife Shasta), and a daughter, Charli. Jeff has coached football at Jefferson High School and through the Albany Boys and Girls Club for many years. He regularly spends time at the Fitness Experience gym.
Jeff's personality puts people at ease, and the families we serve have been comfortable with Jeff's guidance and demeanor while discussing what can be a very difficult subject. He stands ready to assist with your preneed arrangements.
Ashley is a licensed Funeral Director and apprentice Embalmer at Fisher Funeral Home.
Ashley is a second generation Irish-American raised in the Los Angeles area where she attended Millikan High School and participated heavily in music and arts programs. Ashley has served in many positions of leadership such as: the Saxophone and Woodwind section leaders, as Vice-President and then President of the Music Programs booster club, an editor for the school's Art Magazine, as well as two years serving as the Drum Major/Student Director of the school music program. Ashley has also participated in music groups such as the Long Beach Junior Concert Band (LBJCB), the Southern California School's Honor Band and Orchestra Association (SCSBOA) and the Gummersbacher Philharmoniker.
After graduating Ashley became an American ambassador to Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia). Upon returning to the United States she attended Long Beach City College (LBCC) studying Phlebotomy and Biology. Ashley arrived to the Willamette Valley in 2015 where she obtained her Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University.
Ashley is proud to be a second generation Funeral Director. She was inspired to enter the field by her Uncle's experiences as a Director that has been practicing Funeral Service in the Los Angeles area since 1978. When not serving the community, Ashley enjoys playing Pokémon, walking her Australian Shepherds, and practicing photography as well as many other art mediums.
Tiffani is a funeral director/embalmer apprentice and has been at Fisher Funeral Home since April 2022.
She grew up in Washington, attending many different schools before graduating from Shelton High School in 2017. Tiffani attended Phagan’s Cosmetology College in 2019 and then worked as a nail tech and esthetician at Fourteenth Avenue Salon before starting at Fisher Funeral Home. She attended Linn-Benton Community College for pre-requisite classes and is currently enrolled in the Des Moines Community College of Iowa’s Mortuary Science program.
Tiffani is the first of her family to persue a career in the funeral industry and is very proud to work alongside her coworkers to serve the Albany community and surrounding areas through funeral planning and the professional care of the deceased.
Tiffani has one child, Fern, and a dog, Olive. She enjoys reading, spending time outside, and weight lifting with her partner.
Floria became part of Fisher Funeral Home in 2022. As part of the office, she works with management of vital records and biographical information, delivery of cards and contributions, and retrieving archived documents, among many other things.
She grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, graduating from Western High School in 2011. After serving in the Navy for a time in Guam, she moved to Oregon and attended Linn-Benton Community College to study sociology and psychology, ultimately receiving her bachelor's degree from OSU.
Floria often fields phone calls from families and other offices during the day, whether by answering questions and ensuring smooth processing or by connecting people to the funeral directors as appropriate.
In her own time, Floria enjoys cooking, art and animation, and helping her partner care for the little riverbed-in-a-box that makes a home for their betta and his snail friends.
Wally Ordeman, former Vice-President of Fisher Funeral Home, has been licensed by the State of Oregon as a funeral director/embalmer since 1984. Also a fifth generation funeral director, Wally graduated from West Albany High School in 1980 and attended Oregon State University (where he rowed on the crew team) before transferring to Mount Hood Community College’s Funeral Service Education Program.
Active in many local organizations and non-profit groups, Wally has served on the boards of the Red Cross, Kiwanis, St. Mary’s School, Albany Visitors Association, Willamette Memorial Park, West Albany Sports Foundation, Lions Eyebank Advisory Board, Albany Carousel Operations Committee, Albany Safety Foundation and the Oregon Funeral Directors Association.
He has been active in coaching basketball through The Albany Boys & Girls Club and West Albany High School. For 13 years he has been the analyst on the West Albany football and basketball radio broadcasts.
In his spare time he loves to play golf and spend time at the beach.
Wally is married to Robin Benedict and has sons Perry and Alex and step daughters Keely, Breezy and Ally. In addition, he has four grandchildren Jackson, Peyton, Sawyer and Beren.
Alice (Kropp) Ordeman, a graduate of Albany High School, Oregon State College, and the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science, was licensed by the State of Oregon in 1961. Alice and Dan Ordeman (Dan passed away in 1997 & served as chairman of Fisher Funeral Home until his death) represent the 4th generation of the Fisher family.
Alice has been a member of The Albany Hope Church of the Assemblies of God, the Thursday Study Club, PEO Chapter EP, and is a past Governor’s Appointee to the Oregon State Medical Examiners Advisory Board. She also served on the Linn Benton Community College Foundation Board. Alice has served the Albany community and has provided comfort and guidance to grieving families for many years.
Tom Ordeman, President of Fisher Funeral Home, has been a licensed funeral director since 1980. Representing the fifth generation of family ownership, Tom graduated from West Albany High School in 1975 and joined Fishers' in 1980.
Active in many civic organizations, Tom has given back to the community by serving on the boards of the YMCA, Albany General Hospital Foundation, Rotary, Linn County Fair, & Albany Chamber of Commerce, as well as statewide on the Oregon Funeral Director's Assn. Board, and internationally on the Selected Independent Funeral Homes Board of Directors, an international professional association of independently owned funeral homes, where he has served as President.
Tom has served as Albany Tennis Club President and on the Albany Boys & Girls Club Baseball Committee, Springhill Country Club Greens Committee, Linn County Fair Entertainment Committee, and participated in the Albany Leadership Program.
Tom's wife Denice (Coon) is a lifelong area resident and they have two adult sons, Tom Jr. and Scott.
